Digital Wellbeing gives you a summary of how long you use your device each day. It also shows the number of notifications you get and how often you unlock your device.
Set up Digital Wellbeing
- Open Settings.
- Select Digital Wellbeing & parental controls.
- Choose Digital Wellbeing.
- Follow the prompts to set up:
- App timers to limit your time on specific apps
- Focus mode to avoid phone distractions
- Wind Down mode to prepare for sleep
