AT&T Connected Life with Google Home is a security and smart home solution. It brings together Google Nest devices, security devices, along with professional monitoring by Abode. It's designed to be a simple, comprehensive solution, managed through the AT&T Connected Life app.
The system is designed for a do-it-yourself (DIY) setup. The packaging guides you through the setup process with numbered boxes. Setup starts with the security hub, followed by sensors, professional monitoring if you have it, and your Google Nest devices. Setup involves using both the AT&T Connected Life app and the Google Home app. Steps include signing in with your AT&T account, setting up the security hub and devices, and linking your Google account. Finally, you’ll set up your Google Nest cameras. The app guides you step by step to get everything connected.
Yes, if you prefer professional installation instead of DIY setup, you're covered. We can connect you with professional installers to handle your setup, for an additional cost. You may also have the option to choose professional installation during checkout and schedule your service with one of these providers.
Since there’s no annual contract, you can cancel your service anytime. You have 30 days after receiving your shipment to get a full refund on your products. After the 30-day period, refunds generally aren't available.
For support, you can reach the help center through the AT&T Connected Life app. This feature includes support articles, an AI-enabled chat function, and access to human chat agents employed by Abode for troubleshooting assistance.
