Works great
It has better reception than my son‘s Apple Watch, which also uses the same cellular network. Easy to add contacts and control features from an app. Also has a lot of safety features in the app that allow you to know when someone left a certain area.

Shipping Nightmare!!!
Ordered this watch for my daughter and had it shipped to my address , the delivery time was always while I was at work and they wouldn’t allow it to be delivered without a signature. Then one Friday I got home between the time that was stated the delivery would be there which was 3pm-6pm I was home at 2pm and only to find the delivery already attempted at 12-1pm that day. Then they left a note saying I could pick it up at ups I called ups and they said I had to call Att and they would give it toSee more

Better than gizmo!

We had the gizmo for our kids for 2 years but the calls were glitchy and the app was clunky. You can only have 10 contacts on the gizmo. This watch is so much better! The contacts do need the amigo app to text the kids, which I like. There is a group chat function which is awesome for our family! We have also tried a watch from Amazon and it was picking up random conversations. I highly recommend this watch!!

Worst watch on the market

Previously I’ve purchased Verizon and T-Mobile watches for my children. They were all excellent. Recently, we made the switch to AT&T, so we purchased their Kid watches. They are by far the worst we’ve experience. There’s no way to text outside of the app. The GPS location is never consistent. The calls are often dropped. The actual buttons on the watch stick often. The straps break quickly. I can’t recall a time I've been more disappointed with a purchase. Please do NOT buy these watches.

Amigo Watch Is not recommended
a month ago
its not a good quality product.. it powers on and off throughout the day even though the battery is charged. Also if the parent doesnt have the amigo app then cant communicate through messages or leave voicemails. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Constant rebooting can sometimes be resolved by installing the latest software updates.
