- June 28, 20191 out of 5Went to the store to inquire about the Galaxy S10+ they said they didn't have it in stock at the moment but they would take my cell number and text me when they arrived. Week goes by no text, so I stop on my way home from work and speak to a different person who tells me the exact same thing. This time I said tell you what I will call the store rather than keep coming by to see when you get it in stock. I was told that was my best option to avoid coming in unnecessarily. Now I've been calling for another week nonstop and every time it says press three to speak to a store Representative and then it goes to a long explanation that the staff is helping other customers............are you kidding me, worst customer service ever no one can possibly be that busy all the time that you can't answer the phone...really?!
- March 10, 20195 out of 5Employee at this Largo location tonite took time clearly explaining plans for my husband's and my ATT cellphones, esp. upgrade details, phone price and features, add-ons like direct tv and computer, and monthly charges, she is very knowledgeable about all aspects we needed to make a decision to upgrade here..I was comparing to other companies and the offers.deals are the best so far!Because of her kind and courteous manner, honest, and professional knowledge about ATT we are upgrading from ATT now.

I think my days with att are done....their are too many other phone services to choose from....I'd rather have one whos more customer oriented and not just want to sell new items
