The ACP benefit can be applied to monthly AT&T PREPAID plans that include data.

How the ACP can help you pay for AT&T PREPAID
For those who have qualified, the ACP can help provide $30 per month towards certain connectivity services, including phone and data plans from AT&T PREPAID. The amount of assistance can be as high as $75 per month for participants who live on qualified tribal lands.
AT&T PREPAID options for ACP customers
ACP customers have multiple great options from AT&T PREPAID, including our Unlimited Plus, Unlimited, 15GB and 5GB plans. In addition to phone plans, AT&T PREPAID also offers a 100GB and 15GB hotspot or tablet data plan that is eligible for ACP participants.

- What is the Affordable Connectivity Program?
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a federal program designed to bring discounted broadband service to qualifying households. ACP provides a benefit of up to $30/mo. on your eligible AT&T PREPAID service. (or up to $75/mo. off on Tribal lands).
Only one ACP benefit per household, not per person, is allowed. For more details visit ACP/EBB support.
- How do I qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)?
You may qualify for the ACP if your household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, you qualify for the Lifeline program, or anyone in your household participates in one of the following federal programs:
· Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as Food Stamps· Medicaid
· Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
· Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
· National School Lunch Program
· Federal Pell Grant
· Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
· The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
· If a household member lives on federally recognized Tribal Lands: Bureau of Indian Affairs general assistance; Tribally administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families; Head Start (for those households meeting its income qualifying standard); or, the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
- What is the National Verifier?The federal government’s National Lifeline Eligibility Verifier (National Verifier), managed by Universal Service Administration Company (USAC), is a centralized system that determines Lifeline and ACP eligibility. To apply for the Affordable Connectivity Program, you can access the National Verifier by visiting http://acpbenefit.org/ or calling 877.384.2575 and requesting an application be mailed to you. AT&T PREPAID does not determine eligibility for ACP.
- How do I get assistance with my Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) benefit?If you are experiencing any problems with your ACP benefit, please call us at the AT&T ACP Center (866-986-0963). You or anyone in your household has the option to file a complaint against AT&T (or any other participating ACP provider) via the Federal Communication Commission’s Consumer Complaint Center. See fcc.gov/complaints for the process to register a complaint or call 888-225-5322.
- How long will it take to get a response from the National Verifier?The quickest way to apply is online. In some cases, responses will be in a matter of minutes, but it’s possible it can take several days before you receive a response.
