I bought a phone (Samsung A52 5G) back on December 9, 2021. This phone was advertised at 1/2 price. At the time I was very happy with the service, a young man named Azzan. He was friendly and helpful and got my new phone up and running for me. When I paid for the phone he said I would get charged full price (with tax at full price) and then after about 3 billing cycles I would see my discounted monthly price and get credits back for any overpayment. Upon seeing this months bill from AT&T (3 billing cycles since the purchase) and not seeing any change to my bill or credits, my wife called AT&T and spent almost an hour on the phone with customer service who could not find any record of the sale price purchase? We were told that we need to go to the store to get it corrected. I will be in the store this week to get it corrected.
Also, Azzan, the sales person, signed me up for every "extra" that you could possible sell without asking me for approval. Fortunately, I have been able to get AT&T to cancel and give me credit back for most of them.
As a retired Senior and not as technically savvy as your salesperson, I am concerned that your store took advantage of me. Hopefully when I come by your store this week I can get this billing corrected to the advertised price. Thank you

ZERO stars!!! I went in there with my boyfriend to merge our families and get 5 phone lines and all new phones. I purchased 3 phones they sent me home not telling me that a phone was tied to a number. He was too lazy to transfer my line in the store. once I did the download at home discovered that it was my daughters line who is 655 mile's away and her phone was turned off. Not being able to contact her I went to the store and explained to the manager who was unsympathetic about the situation. I asked how they would fix this and nothing got resolved nor did they provide a credit or anything to us. It took a tech from customer service to fix the problem. I would give my experience a 0 stars if that was possible but unfortunately it’s not... I went into your store in the Eldersburg Commons with my mother and brother in-law and we waited almost an hour without even being acknowledged. There were two men working and one spent the whole time with the same family while the other one was in the back for most of the time doing what seemed like nothing because he was on the phone and then when he got off the phone he went into the back and wasn’t seen again. There also was an older gentlemen that was standing behind us for about 30 minutes without being acknowledged so he left the store. I find this service absolutely unacceptable. I hope I don’t return to that store again and please have more than 2 people working at a time so people aren’t standing waiting for hours while the employees work slower than turtles. My daughter and I visited this store to upgrade our phones. Jasmine was the sales person working by herself that evening. When we got there there was another customer in the store she was helping and another customer with her daughter followed a short time behind us. She handled all three sales at the same time and I never felt like I was abandoned, in fact she was running back and forth to all three of us as our phones were transferring data from our old phones to our new ones. You just do not get customer service like this and you don’t find employees that show respect to their customers like Jasmine did that evening. Truly one of a kind! Was told by AT&T customer service to go to this store in person to cancel the service for my mother who recently passed away. When I got there the guy said they don't handle that at this store and that I had to go the Pikesville store. Complete waste of time.
