Good experience while at the store. It wasnt until I got a bill that did not reflect the deal I was sold in the store. I feel shafted and will not be speaking highly of the store or AT&T in general until they fix this. Unfortunately the current COVID 19 situation has the store closed for business and getting anywhere with a rep on the phone is futile cuz they cannot do a thing about it, or so they tell me. I also was given an email and a phone number for the salesman on my paperwork that is evidently bogus which makes me feel even more like I was taken by the store and probably was! If I can make it work I will probably go back to Verizon cuz the service was actually much better and as it turns out, more affordable as well. Contrary to what I was told to make the sale! It totally blows! I will make my payments for now until that store opens back up to avoid any more bullshit but will have my say when I get that opportunity! NOW< in addition to my displeasure, I just tried to get online to pay my bill through the PREMIER website and it is not working!!! If I get a late fee because of that the reaming at the store has just reached a whole new level! NOT HAPPY!
