He also said he was new so he would have to call his manager to see how to do it. He got the instructions - first step email AT&T with the return info. He couldn’t get his email to send. So he called his manager again. She sent the email from home. Then we waited to hear back from them. As of right now I have been in the store 30 minutes and still haven’t gotten items returned. What retail company doesn’t have a return process?
