Went in with 5 new iphones that we gave are kids for christmas. Needed to get old phones switched to new iphones. Casey was the person that helped us. He is the only reason I am taking time to write this review. Casey was so patient (he listened to every one of our concerns) and was so helpful. He was able to multi-task with all the phones and still answer our questions. Casey is so knowledgeable on all the products they deal with and told us about direct tv streaming. Plus all the other employees that were working that day were very kind and helpful to whoever they were assisting. Poor customer service have been in to the stor twice now wanted to replace two phones and one I pad. Was told I would need to wait after 45 minutes was told at least another 30 minutes Dillon the manager walked around doing NOTHING. Only two employees on duty. Second time in was told they WOULD not help me unless I made an appointment for some other day. This place is the Worst customer service and help I have ever experienced. Do your self a favor and go anywhere but here. I had recently upgraded 2 of my phones, and needed to trade in my old phones. I was told at the store that I wasn't able to return them at the store, I needed to wait until I received a box/envelope to mail it back. I received 1 box, and have been waiting on the other box for a little over a month. I had been on the ATT online chat on 2 different occasions, the first time I was told it would be delivered the next day (it never came), the second occasion I was told to go to your store and return it. I went in today to return my phone, and although everything worked out in the end, I was made to feel as though I was the one at fault because I waited so long to return my phone. I was told by the lady that assisted me (Alecia) that I only had 30 days to return this phone. I told her that I had received an email that stated they had extended that to 45 days. I would have returned my phone the day I picked up the new one if you guys would have let me. I just don't feel I was treated like a valued guest, just someone that had waited way to long to return my phone. It's not like I haven't tried on 2 previous occasions to figure out why I hadn't received my return package. I would have appreciated a little understanding instead of assuming I was lying the whole time. You are more than welcome to check my 2 previous conversations with the ATT online chat to verify. Matt, your customer service/sales people ARE NOT about Customer Service. I know your responses on this are all the same, but Cmon man they gotta do better. It's not always about the money, if you want us back at least show some customer. Leaving with my 5 lines to Verizon, at least we will get faster speed in town and service in rural areas. Poor customer service. Got a new IPhone 12 Pro and it was slow, lagging and touch screen didn't work. I reset and it, then became bad again. Went back to store 2 days after I got the phone and they wouldn't exchange unless I paid 55 dollar restocking fee. That place reminds me of a car lot.
