- February 23, 20191 out of 5First experience was two years ago when they had me wait two hours for help then to be told they couldn’t help with an exchange as they make no money cause it was an online purchase. Now comes February 2029, they had no phones and was unwilling to cancel an order or help to rectify. It seems they only want new business and the salespeople aren’t trained on all aspects. Stay away!! Drive the extra mile and go to town center where you will be respected and helped!!
