Not helpful at all. Poor customer service. I was told my issue wasn't related to their store and they would not help. Nathan had zero empathy for my situation. He did speak with his manager Alexa she backed him up. Of course she never came out and spoke with me at all. I will never go back to this location. (Atually negative stars). Tried to buy a Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 LTE. Watch delivered, but could not be activated and taken away by delivery person. Another trip to the store and next day another watch delivered, but not an LTE. Meanwhile the store tried to charge me twice for Sales tax. Called ATT service to no avail. Finally stopped back in store, after almost 2 hrs of store personnel messing around with my watch, they got the LTE to work, (temporarily), but charged me an Additional $5 for a sim #...after a $30 setup fee..why???. The next day the watch stopped working, (it worked fine until they spent all that time messing with it. Store employee told me it wasn't their problem and if I didn't like too bad... call Samsung. (WT?!)
Over 3 weeks and several trips and phone calls and nothing ever resolved. Finally, after hrs spent with AT&T customer service was able to obtain refunds..still waiting for the watch to be fixed.
