Sherry helped me so much, and so efficiently when I was stressed out bc no one else was helping me elsewhere. Some problems I have rest with other companies, but great customer service is the thing that sets this company apart. I’ve had one or two not-good experiences in decades with this company, but usually they help without problems. Occasionally someone really stands out as fantastic and Sherry is one of those. Almost in the category of a “life saver,” given her (Sherry’s) knowledge and ability (and her personable nature, which helped immensely too). This company’s competitors include one I find the most frustrating ever — in great part bc it doesn’t have any real customer service (anyone at the major competitor who can actually help will tell me they only can bc they have credentials “not required” at that company). This trend is everywhere. But AT&T seems to know that it’s still true that only humans can think. No company is perfect but I feel so much less anxiety dealing with this one — given its transparency, ease of access, and (usually) knowledgeable staff. If they do not know something they’ll say so rather than bluster or try to give you hope without solving any of your issues. That’s kind of a global review of the company, which facilitated seamless international travel for me recently as well (one phone call, one customer rep— a human). Now Sherry at this store just reinforced my gratitude. I hope she is rewarded by the company as the standout she is! - May 7, 2022

I had a complicated return and AT&T advised I go to a corporate store which I did & asked for the manger. Clerk replied “she’s not in.” Moments later when he indeed needed help he went to back office to get her. What sort of manager directs staff to lie to shield her from customers? This elusive manager, Sherry, was surly and refused to help so I called corporate again while still there. The senior rep asked to speak with her and explained how she could have handled the matter easily and with grace - it simply involved a call to “retail help.” (Apparently Sherry was simply lazy and only interested in sales.) The AT&T store on a Park/51st is run far more professionally; best to take your business there. - November 11, 2020

Horrible Service. One of the salespeople spent the whole time playing on their phone and the one who helped me had no interest. She could not have been more unhelpful. DO NOT GO TO KENYA
I had been a client for over 10 yrs to this location and never had I had a problem. I walked in requiring on update I was due the girl that helped me was struggling with Info that's when Kenya stepped in.
I had explained I am struggling with over $300 phone bill which also included my kids and that's without unlimited serves . If my bill would be much higher I would just stay with my phone. She pained me a miracle picture saying I couldn't come in in more perfect timing that there is new unlimited plan cheaper than my current one I get credit for trade in and my bill will be lowered by $70 and I get free ATT TV ( which BTW I never used since I was never able to connect) to make it short this was in December . Now it's end of April. My bill is higher than before and I am being charged $300 for TV.
When my first bill came out higher she got it to adjust but it was only adjusted for that month after numerous text and lot of stress second got adjusted then she just won't answer my texts or answer week two later then she started to blame on Pandemic blocked me the only way I got her attention is to text from different number which took me over a month to get her attention. She said she will look into it still nothing . It has cause me so much stress and frustration. I am writing this in hope that no other will go through that and maybe someone will help me I have all the correspondence in writing. It's very upsetting that at a time when many without a job someone like Kenya takes her for granted by taking advantage Please save yourself frustration and do not go to her.
