Would give this store a negative the manager Miguel is a horrible person. I spent a hour there trying to buy iPhone 12 Pro 256k in black and called ahead. They had the phone and confirmed. When I walked over they started the transaction and then tried to switch to a good one but didn’t give me a reason. I told the manager I had been waiting for almost an hour and his response was “so what you have been waiting an hour.” He then walked away. Good thing the customer service reps are professional and like their jobs I ordered one over the phone and it arrived today. Fire Miguel and his employees. I was the only customer in the store for 30 mins and none of them really seemed to care. - December 15, 2020

I have Been a customer w/At&T since 2013 for this phone- I am prepared to cancel my service w/AT&T b/c of the 1103 third avenue experience from the sales people to the manager #BLM should not come up and did this was uncomfortable for me - and your nyc staff would not give me there name. I first Called the store and could get no help...I asked for the manager and they would not give me their name nor if when a mgr would be in and I went into the store and the women acted like I was an inconvenience and this is not what she does or should do -then later was rude, but sid I am rude - she refused to give me her name but called my phone so I asked her name - then she said the phone is defective and told me my phone defective and this is not my problem and should have not helped you in the first place but my phone was working fine when I walked in except for the voicemail and I asked if she could help me set up vs trying to get At&T on the phone She again said "I should not be helping ayou" and that I was rude" I was not rude only asked for help, when she said I was rude I asked to speak to the guy who also would not give me his name calling me rude. I called customer service/ Natasha and she helped me and told me she called and they would not give her a name either- so my experience was A waste of time and efforts - March 4, 2019
