Managing the device memory
Clearing your device's memory can help improve your device's speed to make it go faster. Your device may become slow because it is low on memory.
1.
From the Home screen, swipe up to view Apps.

Scroll to Settings.
3.
Tap Settings.
4.
Tap Storage.
5.
Tap Internal shared storage.
6.
Tap or slide the Storage manager switch to ON.
7.
Tap OK.
8.
Click MANAGE STORAGE.
From this screen you can remove recommended items from your device.
9.
Tap Clean.
From this screen you can remove recommended items from your device.
10.
Tap CLEAR.
11.
Click the Back button.
12.
Select a category to view its storage usage.
13.
You've completed the steps!
