Managing AutoPay for your wireless or internet accounts
Follow these steps to learn how to manage your autopay settings and choose whether to enable automatic scheduled payments.
1.
From the Home tab, tap the Account icon.

Tap AutoPay is pending.
To switch between accounts, tap either Wireless or Internet.

Select your current payment method.
This feature might not show due to:
- The 2-Day Rule: You cannot pause AutoPay if your scheduled payment is within the next 48 hours. The system "locks" the payment to ensure it processes on time.
- Zero Balance: If your current balance is $0.00, the "Pause" option often disappears because there is nothing to pause for the current cycle.
- Account Restrictions: If your credit status or specific plan (like some Prepaid or Credit-Restricted plans) requires AutoPay to remain active, the app will remove the pause/stop functions.
- The "Wireless Account Lock" Glitch: If turned on might affect the pause autopay setting.
- AutoPay is pending: It can take AutoPay up to 2 months to be turned on, this could cause the app to not show the pause function.

Select which payment method you want to use.
