Block messages

1. From the home screen, select the   Messages app. Select and hold the desired message thread, then select the Block icon.

 

 

2. If desired, select the Report spam checkbox then select OK.

Unblock messages

1. To remove a number from the Blocked numbers list, from the Messages app, select the  Account icon then select Spam & blocked. 

 

 

2. Select the desired blocked number or contact.

 

 

3. Select Unblock.

Block unknown numbers

1. From the home screen, select the  Phone app >  Menu icon > Settings. 

 

 

2. Select Block numbers.

 

 

3. Select the Block calls from unknown numbers switch.
