View and pay your AT&T bills online, manage your account, reset passwords, or upgrade your AT&T services.


INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. myAT&T provides access to billing, usage, and feature information and the ability to manage your account from the palm of your hand. To download myAT&T, from the home screen select the App Store app.

    Note: To learn more, visit the myAT&T website.

  2. Select Search.

  3. Select the Search field, enter ‘myAT&T’, then select the 'myAT&T' suggestion or Search.

  4. Select myAT&T then select GET or the iCloud download icon (If you have downloaded the app before).

  5. After the download is complete, select OPEN

  6. Read the End User License Agreement, then select Accept.

    Note: If prompted to allow myAT&T to access your location or to send you notifications, select the desired option.

  7. Select Continue.

  8. Enter your User ID and Password, then select Log In.

    Note: If you have forgotten your user ID or password, select Forgot ID or Forgot Password. If you do not have a user ID, select Create ID and follow the onscreen prompts. To save your user ID and password, select the Save Password switch.

  9. myAT&T is ready. Select the Menu icon to access the myAT&T Overview, Billing & Payments, Usage, Settings, and more.
