1. VIEW SERIAL NUMBER: Swipe down from the Notification bar then select the Settings icon.

  2. Scroll to and select System, then select About phone.

  3. Select Status. The device's Serial number will be displayed.

  4. VIEW IMEI/PHONE NUMBER: From the Status screen, select SIM status.

  5. Here you can view the Phone number and IMEI number associated with the SIM.

    Note: You can also view your IMEI by entering *#06# from the keypad or on the SIM card tray. For more information on how to access the SIM card tray, view the Insert SIM & Memory Card tutorial.
