1. ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES: Accessibility features allow you to improve the usability of your device for users affected by impaired vision or hearing, cognitive difficulty, or reduced dexterity. Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon.
   
2. Scroll to and select Accessibility.
   
3. TURN ON TALKBACK: Scroll to and select TalkBack.
   
4. Select the TalkBack switch.
   Note: You will be prompted to select OK to confirm and be directed to a TalkBack tutorial. To turn off TalkBack, from the TalkBack screen select the switch off.
