1. To adjust the volume, press the Volume keys.
   
2. To set the phone to silent, press and hold the # key.
   
3. To set the phone to vibrate, press the Volume Down key until the '0 icon' is displayed on the screen.
   
4. When silent mode is on, the Silent icon will be displayed in the Notifications bar.
   
5. To change the volume settings, from the home screen, press the Right Soft key.
   
6. Scroll to Settings, then press the Center Nav key.
   
7. Scroll to Sound Profiles, then press the Center Nav key.
   
8. Scroll to Normal, then press the Center Nav key to edit.
   
9. Scroll to the desired option, then press the Center Nav key to adjust the settings as desired.
