1. From the home screen, press the Left Nav key to access My Stuff.
   
2. Scroll to Pictures, then press the Center Nav key.
   
3. Scroll to the desired photo, then press the Center Nav key.
   
4. To view videos, from My Stuff, scroll to Videos then press the Center nav key.
   
5. Scroll to the desired video, then press the Center nav key.
   
6. To share photos or videos, press the Left soft key to access Options.
   
7. Scroll to Send via, then press the Center nav key.
   
8. Scroll to Message, then press the Center nav key.
   
9. Press the Right soft key for Sent to.
   
10. Enter the desired information in the Recipient List field with the alphanumeric keypad.
    
11. Press the Right soft key to Send.
