1. From the Home screen, press and hold the 1 key.
   
2. If you have unheard messages, press the * key to get to the Main Menu.
   
3. Tap the 4 key to change your personal options.
   
4. Tap the 2 key to change your administrative options.
   
5. Tap the 1 key for password options.
   
6. Tap the 1 key to change your password then follow instructions to enter a new password.
