1. From the home screen, press the Right Soft key.
   
2. Scroll to Settings, then press the Center Nav key.
   
3. Scroll to Phone, then press the Center Nav key.
   
4. Scroll to Security, then press the Center Nav key.
   
5. Scroll to Lock Phone, then press the Center Nav key.
   
6. Scroll to On, then press the Center Nav key.
   
7. Enter the desired password, then press the Left Soft key.
   
8. Re-enter the password in the Confirm Password field, then press the Left Soft key.
   
9. To disable the lock, scroll to Lock Phone then press the Center Nav key.
   
10. Scroll to Off, then press the Center Nav key.
    
11. Enter the current password, then press the Left Soft key.
