1. Basic Voicemail allows you to dial into your voicemail box, and follow the voice prompts to listen to or manage voice messages.
   
2. If you are an existing AT&T customer, your voicemail (including password) will transfer to your new phone.
   Note: To reset your voicemail password, go to att.com/resetvm.
   
3. From the home screen, tap Phone.
   
4. From the keypad, tap the Voicemail icon.
   
5. Follow the recorded prompts to complete voicemail setup.
