- Bluetooth is a wireless technology that allows your phone to communicate with other Bluetooth enabled devices within 5-10 feet of each other. Bluetooth is often used for wireless headsets or to transfer media between devices. To optimize battery life, turn Bluetooth off when not in use.

- Swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Quick Settings menu.
Note: Bluetooth must be enabled to complete this action.
- To quickly enable or disable Bluetooth, tap Bluetooth. Touch and hold Bluetooth.
Note: Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled. For information on how, please view article "Turn Bluetooth On/Off".
- To enable or disable Bluetooth, tap the Bluetooth switch. Tap the desired device under Available devices to pair.
Note: When pairing, a passcode prompt may appear. Check both devices to verify the passcode is the same before continuing. If pairing with a headset, pairing may require a code. Check the headset's manual for the default passcode.
- If the device does not initially appear, tap Scan.
