1. Inserting a memory card into your device allows you to transfer and store contacts, music, pictures, and videos.
   
2. To backup media, from the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
   
3. Swipe to, then tap My Files.
   
4. Navigate to the desired file(s).
   
5. Tap the checkbox associated with the desired file.
   
6. Tap the Copy icon.
   
7. Navigate to the desired location on the microSD card.
   
8. Tap the Paste icon.
   
9. To backup contacts, from the home screen, tap Contacts.
   
10. Press the Contextual menu key.
    
11. Tap Import/Export.
    
12. Tap Export to SD card.
    
13. Tap OK.
