1. From the home screen, tap Settings.
   
2. Scroll to, then tap Lock screen.
   
3. Tap Screen lock.
   
4. Tap Pattern.
   
5. Draw the desired unlock pattern.
   
6. Tap Continue.
   
7. Draw the pattern again to confirm.
   
8. Tap Confirm.
   
9. Enter the desired backup PIN, then tap Done.
   
10. Reenter the backup PIN, then tap Done.
    
11. From the lock screen, draw the chosen pattern to unlock the device.
