1. From the home screen, tap Email.
   
2. Tap the Menu key.
   
3. Tap Settings.
   
4. To adjust settings that affect all accounts, tap General settings.
   
5. To adjust settings specific to a particular account, tap the account name.
   
6. To enable or disable the email signature tap the Signature toggle.
   
7. Tap Signature to edit the signature.
   
8. Enter the desired signature, then tap Done.
   
9. To adjust notification settings, tap the desired setting.
   Note: For this demonstration, 'Select ringtone' was selected.
   
10. Scroll to, then tap the desired ringtone.
    Note: For this demonstration, 'Postman' was selected.
    
11. Tap OK.
    
12. To adjust the account sync settings, tap Sync settings.
    
13. Tap Sync schedule to set when and how often the email account is synced.
    
14. Tap Period to sync Email to change the time period for emails being synced.
    
15. Tap Size to retrieve emails to set the maximum portion to download of each individual email while roaming or on Wi-Fi.
    
16. To delete an account:
    From Email, tap the account desired for deletion.
    
17. Tap Delete account.
    
18. Tap Delete.
