1. Android File Transfer is required to transfer media between the device and a Mac. Download Android File Transfer here.
   
2. Insert the microUSB end of the microUSB cable into the microUSB port on the device.
   
3. Insert the USB end of the microUSB cable into an available USB port on the computer.
   
4. Click the Start menu icon.
   
5. Click Computer.
   
6. Double-click the Device icon.
   
7. Double-click the desired file location.
   
8. Navigate to the desired files.
   
9. Drag and drop files to and from the device and the computer.
   
10. On a Mac, Android File Transfer should open automatically after the device is connected. Navigate to the desired files.
    
11. Drag and drop files to and from the device and computer.
