App Troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. CLEAR APP CACHE: Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon. Scroll to and select Apps > Select the desired app > Storage > CLEAR CACHE

  2. FORCE STOP AN APP: From the application info screen, select FORCE STOP. Select FORCE STOP to confirm.

  3. CHECK FOR APP UPDATE: From the home screen, select the Play Store app. Select the Menu icon > My apps & games > desired app > UPDATE.

  4. TO UNINSTALL AN APP: From the home screen, select the Play Store app. Select the Menu icon > My apps and games > desired app > UNINSTALL. Select OK to confirm

  5. TO INSTALL AN APP: From the home screen, select the Play store app. Search the desired application, then select INSTALL.
