1. From the home screen, tap Apps.
   
2. Swipe to, then tap Settings.
   
3. From the "My device" tab, tap Lock screen.
   
4. Tap Password.
   
5. Enter the desired password, then tap Continue.
   
6. Confirm your new password, then tap OK.
   
7. To unlock the device, enter your password, then tap the Done key.
   
8. To change the lock screen, from the home screen, tap Apps.
   
9. Swipe to, then tap Settings.
   
10. From the "My device" tab, tap Lock screen.
    
11. Tap Screen lock.
    
12. Enter your password, then tap Continue
    
13. Tap the desired new lock screen.
