1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
   
2. From the "Keypad" tab, press the Menu key.
   
3. Tap Call settings.
   
4. Tap Additional settings.
   
5. To disable caller ID, tap Caller ID.
   
6. Tap Hide number.
   
7. To re-enabled caller ID, tap Caller ID.
   
8. Tap Network default or Show number to display your Caller ID.
   
9. To block your Caller ID on a per-call basis, dial *67 before the 10-digit phone number.
