1. From the home screen, press the Menu key.
   
2. Tap All settings.
   
3. Under the General tab, scroll to, then tap Backup & reset.
   
4. Tap LG Backup service.
   
5. Agree to the license agreement and privacy policy, then tap Accept.
   
6. Tap Backup.
   
7. Select the desired options, then tap Next.
   
8. Tap Next.
   
9. Tap Start.
   
10. When backup is complete, tap Done.
    
11. Insert the microUSB end of the microUSB cable into the port on the device.
    
12. Insert the USB end of the microUSB cable into an available USB port on a PC.
    
13. On the PC, click the Start icon.
    
14. Click Computer.
    
15. Double click the device drive.
    
16. Navigate to, then double click LGBackup.
    
17. Drag the backup file to the computer.
    
18. To restore, follow steps 11-16, then drag the desired backup file into the LGBackup folder.
    
19. Follow steps 1-4, then tap File restore & management.
    
20. Tap the desired backup.
    
21. Select the desired options, then tap Next.
    
22. Tap Start to begin the restoration process.
