1. A master reset reverts the device back to factory settings. It will permanently erase all personal data, preferences, settings.
   
2. On the back of the device, locate the RESET pin hole.
   Note: You may need to reconnect to the hotspot after performing a reset.
   
3. Push the RESET button by inserting a small pin for 5 seconds.
   Note: It may be necessary to reconnect following a factory reset.
