1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
   
2. Tap the Voicemail icon under the Keypad tab.
   Note: Alternately, you can set up voicemail by tapping the Phone icon, then pressing and holding the number 1 key. If prompted, enter your voicemail password, then follow the prompts to set up your voicemail.
   
3. Enter the voicemail password, then tap Continue.
   
4. Tap OK.
   
5. Visual voicemail is set up and ready for use.
   
6. To transcribe your voicemail to text, press the Menu key.
   
7. Tap Settings.
   
8. Tap Voicemail to text to enable or disable.
