1. Remove the Battery cover by pulling it away from the device.
   
2. To insert the SIM card, insert the Micro-SIM into the SIM port with the metal contacts and the beveled edge facing down.
   
3. To insert the battery, align the metal contacts, then place the Battery into the slot.
   
4. Place the Battery cover back onto the device, then press firmly around the edges.
   
5. To attach external antennae, slide the antenna port door open, then insert the antennae into the port.
   
6. If a SIM is not in the device, the Missing SIM icon will be displayed in the Notification bar and an alert will be displayed on the screen.
