1. From the home screen, tap Settings.
   
2. Scroll to, then tap Location services.
   
3. To turn GPS on or off, tap the Use GPS satellites checkbox.
   
4. When using an app that requires GPS, the GPS icon will be displayed in the notification bar.
   
5. To quickly turn Location on or off, swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then tap GPS.
