1. From any screen, swipe down from the notification bar.

2. Tap Settings.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap Security & Privacy.
   
4. Tap the Lock Screen Password switch.
   
5. Enter the desired pin.
   
6. Tap the Confirm New PIN field, then re-enter the desired pin.
   
7. Tap Finish.
   
8. To login to the device, from the lock screen, touch and hold the Lock icon, then swipe left.
   
9. Enter the required PIN.
   
10. Tap OK.
    
11. The device is now unlocked.
