1. From the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar.
   
2. Tap the Settings icon.
   
3. Under the 'General' tab, scroll to then tap Backup & reset.
   
4. Tap LG Backup service.
   
5. Tap Backup and restore.
   
6. Tap Backup.
   
7. Select the desired backup location, then tap Next.
   
8. Select the desired options, then tap Next.
   
9. Tap Start.
   
10. When backup is complete, tap Done.
    
11. Insert the microUSB end of the microUSB cable into the port on the device.
    
12. Insert the USB end of the microUSB cable into an available USB port on your computer.
    
13. On the computer, click the Start menu.
    
14. Click Computer.
    
15. Double click the device drive.
    
16. Navigate to then double-click LGBackup.
    
17. Drag the desired backup file onto the computer.
    
18. To restore your phone's data, follow steps 11-16, then drag the desired backup file from your computer into the LGBackup folder.
    
19. On your phone, from the Backup and restore page, tap Backup.
    
20. Tap the desired backup.
    
21. Select the desired options, then tap Next.
    
22. Tap Start to begin the restoration process.
