1. From the Start screen, swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Action center.
   
2. Tap ALL SETTINGS.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap ease of access.
   
4. Change settings as desired.
   
5. To toggle Narrator on or off, tap the Narrator switch.
   
6. To disable narration, double-tap the Narrator switch.
