1. Press the Volume keys to adjust the in-call volume.
   
2. Tap speaker to enable or disable the speakerphone.
   
3. To enable or disable mute, tap mute.
   
4. To enable or disable hold, tap hold.
   
5. To initiate a conference call, tap add call.
   
6. To access the keypad, tap the Keypad icon.
   
7. To return to the in-call options, tap the Options icon.
   
8. To access the home screen, tap the Windows key.
   
9. To return to the call, tap the Status bar.
