1. To create an appointment, from the Home Screen, press the Left Soft key.
   
2. Scroll to Tools, then press the Center Nav key.
   
3. Scroll to Calendar, then press the Center Nav key.
   
4. Scroll to the desired date, then press the Center Nav Key.
   
5. Use the keypad to enter the Appointment name, then press the Down Nav key.
   
6. Use the keypad to enter the Appointment start time and date, then press the Down Nav key.
   
7. Use the keypad to enter the Appointment end time and date.
   
8. To set an alarm, scroll to Alarm and press the Center Nav key.
   Note: Alarm options will be displayed if this option is selected.
   
9. To repeat the event, scroll to Repeat and press the Center Nav key.
   Note: Repeat options will be displayed if this option is selected.
   
10. To enter a location, scroll to Location then enter the location using the keypad.
    
11. To add further details, scroll to Details then press the Center Nav key.
    
12. To edit an appointment, from the Home Screen, press the Left Soft key.
    
13. Scroll to Tools, then press the Center Nav key.
    
14. Scroll to Calendar, then press the Center Nav key.
    
15. Scroll to the desired date, then press the Center Nav Key.
    
16. Scroll to the desired appointment, then press the Center Nav key.
    
17. Press the Center Nav key.
    
18. Edit the event as desired, then press the Left Soft key to save.
    
19. To delete an appointment, from the Home Screen, press the Left Soft key.
    
20. Scroll to Tools, then press the Center Nav key.
    
21. Scroll to Calendar, then press the Center Nav key.
    
22. Scroll to the desired date, then press the Center Nav key.
    
23. Scroll to the desired appointment, then press the Left Soft key.
    
24. Scroll to Delete, then press the Center Nav key.
