Determine your current device software version and check for updates.

  1. From the Home Screen, press the Left Soft key.

  2. Scroll to Settings, then press the Center Nav key.

  3. Scroll to About phone, then press the Center Nav key.

  4. Scroll down to view the Software version.

  5. To check for an update, follow steps 1-2, then scroll to Software update and press the Center Nav key.
    Note: To see if there is an update available for your device, check att.com/softwareupdates.

  6. Scroll to Check for Update, then press the Center Nav key.

  7. Press the Left Soft key.
