1. From the home screen, press the Left Soft key.
   
2. Scroll to Settings, then press the Center Nav key.
   
3. Scroll to Phone, then press the Center Nav key.
   
4. Scroll to Airplane Mode, then press the Center Nav key.
   
5. Scroll to the desired option, then press the Center Nav key.
   
6. If turning airplane mode on, press the Left Soft key.
   
7. When Airplane mode is on, the Airplane mode icon will display in the notification bar.
