1. To adjust the volume during a call, press the Volume keys.
   
2. To turn on speakerphone on or off, press the Up Nav Up key.
   
3. To mute on or off, press the Right Soft key.
   
4. For more options, press the Left Soft key.
   
5. To put the call on hold, scroll to Hold, then press the Center Nav key.
   Note: To access text messages, scroll to Message, then press the Center Nav key.
   
6. To end the call, press the End Call key.
