1. From the Home screen, tap Settings.
   
2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
   
3. To add another email account tap Add Account. 
   
4. To delete an email account tap the Desired email account > Delete Account > Delete from My iPhone.
   
5. To change the email signature, tap Signature. 
   Note: Options may vary based on the configured account types.
   
6. To change the email incoming/outgoing server settings and password tap the Email account > Account > To change sync frequency tap Fetch New Data.
