1. To adjust the date & time settings, from the watch face, swipe down from the top of the screen. 
    Note: The device will automatically attempt to set the date and time from your phone. This tutorial demonstrates how to manually set the date and time on your device.

  2. Swipe from right to left four times, then tap Settings.

  3. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap Date & time.

  4. To manually adjust date and time. tap Automatic date & time.
