1. To turn the device on, press and hold the END hard key until the screen lights up.
   
2. To turn the device off, press and hold the END hard key.
   
3. What to do if unable to turn the device on: “If you are unable to turn your device on, plug the device into a power source for 15 minutes, and then try again.
   
4. If you are unable to turn your device off with the Power/Lock key, remove and re-insert the battery.
