1. To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password. To access your device’s phone menu, select the Phone tile.
   Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you Reset your voicemail password.
   
2. Select the Menu icon.
   
3. Select Settings.
   
4. Select Change more settings for Phone.
   
5. Access your voicemail by selecting Call voicemail.
   
6. Once connected, enter your current voicemail password if prompted, then select the 4 key > 2 key > 1 key > 1 key. Enter your new password, then select #.
   Note: Alternatively you can access your Voicemail by selecting and holding the 1 key from the dial pad.
