1. To access visual voicemail, select the Phone tile on the Start screen.
   
2. Select Voicemail.
   Note: Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by selecting the Phone icon from the home screen > Select and hold the 1 key > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
   
3. Select the Desired phone number to listen to voicemail.
   
4. Select options to Play/Pause voicemail, Delete voicemail, Return call, or View caller details.
